Ten minutes that are only yours — what's in them?

0

In every facility I worked in, we watched for burnout in staff — rotations, supervision, mandatory breaks. Family caregivers get none of that, and carry more. The warning signs are the same ones I learned to spot in colleagues: sleeping badly even when you could sleep, snapping at small things, going numb, skipping your own doctor's appointments.

You cannot pour from an empty cup — I know it's a cliché, and I know how it sounds when you have no help and no time. So let's make it small: not a spa day, not a week off. Ten minutes that are only yours.

What's in your ten minutes? Coffee in silence? A walk to the corner? I'm collecting ideas here — steal freely from each other.
